Rosette India was founded in October 2008 by Mr. Bhavesh H. Jhaveri, a third-generation gemstone and jewelry entrepreneur whose family legacy in the trade spans more than ninety years.
The story began over nine decades ago, when the family established itself as traders of diamonds and precious stones. From those humble beginnings, the family firms — Motichand Hirachand Jhaveri, Star Traders, and H. S. Exports — grew steadily through the generations. In the 1960s, the business expanded into the trading and manufacturing of precious colored stones and diamonds, and by the late 1970s, into the export of the same to markets around the world.
With over 30 years of personal experience in the family business, Bhavesh brings deep expertise and an extensive network to Rosette India. Well regarded across the jewelry community through both professional and family relationships, he is known for building genuine, lasting connections with people of diverse backgrounds. He lives in Mumbai with his wife and two sons.
Carrying the family tradition forward is Devansh Jhaveri, son of Bhavesh and a partner at Rosette India, representing the fourth generation in the gems and jewelry trade. A graduate of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Devansh follows in his father's footsteps to continue and grow the business, combining Rosette India's deep-rooted expertise in natural fancy colored diamonds, colored gemstones, and fine jewelry with a modern approach to global trade, client relationships, and design. He is committed to carrying the family's legacy forward while building Rosette India for a new generation of collectors and connoisseurs.
